- Congratulations + Ongoing Connections with Buyers at 30/90/365 days + Homestead reminder (if applicable).
- Listing Discount: If we prepared your listing to go live on the market – Contract to Close is $300.
- Dual Discount: If we prepared you represent both Buyer and Seller – Contract to Close is $300 per side.
