After years of running day-to-day operations at HomeCity Real Estate, she saw firsthand how disorganized systems and lack of admin support slowed down agents and created compliance headaches for brokers.

Jennifer’s passion lies in building operational infrastructure that supports growth — whether you’re an independent agent or managing dozens of team members. Her experience spans team development, transaction systems, and real estate tech implementation, all working together to help agents focus on clients and brokers build scalable systems.

How to Submit via Paperform

  • Click the link to access the Paperform submission page
  • Fill in the required information about your transaction (listing or purchase)
  • You can either upload any relevant documents directly through the form or simply leave a note for your TC indicating that the documents are already available in your back office system
  • Click “Submit” and you’re done!

If all required information is received by 3:00 PM, your file will be processed and introductory emails will be sent the same day.

How to Submit via Email

  • Send an email to newbusiness@empowertransactions.com
  • Or forward your executed contract straight from your signing platform to newbusiness@empowertransactions.com
  • In the body of your message, please include the following details (if not already provided in your documents):
  • Co-op agent’s name and contact information
  • Client name and contact information
  • Title company or attorney contact information
  • Lender contact information
  • Any important notes or instructions for your TC
  • Attach all necessary documents (listing agreement, purchase contract, etc.).
  • Hit send and we’ll take it from there!

If all required information is received by 3:00 PM, your file will be processed and introductory emails will be sent the same day.

How to Submit via Text

  • Send a message to (520) 900-1551
  • Include basic transaction info: property address, client name, agent name, and contract date.
  • If your phone allows, feel free to attach any relevant files (PDFs, images, etc.) with your text. If you’re unable to send documents via text, just let your TC know whether the files are available in your back office system or if you’ll be sending them by email instead.
  • A coordinator will confirm receipt and follow up if anything is missing
