A Transaction Coordinator assists real estate agents and brokers by performing administrative duties needed during each stage of a transaction. A TC gathers all information, reviews each document and follows up on the contractual items.

We manage the details, deadlines, documents, and more – and give you time back to generate leads, network, nurture your SOI, or even take a vacation!

As the REALTOR, you wear many hats and are expected to be on top of your game in many ways. One of the first items many agents hand off is the paperwork. In short – we give you the most amount of time for the least amount of investment.

Not a problem! We serve Brokers, Teams and Agents across the country. Our Transaction Coordinators work virtually so you do not need to be located near your TC in order for us to work with you. Our Transaction Coordinators are located throughout the United States with direct knowledge of the markets we serve.

Our TC’s start off your new relationship with a meet and greet call. During this call you both discuss expectations and scope of work. Client communication will be covered but the summary is, yes! We will communicate and coordinate on your behalf – but you will always be kept in the loop via email CC.

Broker Compliance, Agent On & Off Boarding, CRM Management, Email Management, Virtual Assistant Services and Back Office Upload are billed monthly. If you decide to utilize our team for CRM Clean Up or Email Clean Up, then we will assess your needs and charge a one-time fee or hourly rate to tackle your tasks!

Certainly! We can take over at any point in the file. Your TC can evaluate the specifics of the transaction and discuss the process moving forward. This happens often when agents are coming on board with Empower and in the middle of transactions.

We do not keep file records after closing, before closing we upload all of your broker required docs into the system that your broker uses for safe keeping.

Our mission at Empower is to make sure that you, the REALTOR, have the best fit in a transaction coordinator. We make sure that you can save time and money by not having to hire, train, retain and manage an internal TC – we handle all of that.

We work with Agents, Teams, and Brokerages across the United States.

We are based in Austin, Texas but have Transaction Coordinators spread out across the nation.

We do not have a contract; we are a per file-based company. We have a term of use in our billing authorization that you can review at the time of onboarding.

Yes, we are a per file-based company. You only pay for the services you send us, and that is up to you.

No, we do not. We ask that if you are considering leaving your assigned TC, we can do a reassignment with a TC that could be a better match. If you are wanting to leave Empower altogether, we ask that you finish out the files that we are currently working on at that time.

Yes, we do. There is a $50 discount on CTC when you use both the Listing and CTC service on the same address.

You will not be billed. If you would like termination compliance documents to be handled as well as closing the compliance file in your Broker Back Office, there is a $50 compliance fee.

The most efficient way for you and your TC to start a file off on the same page is to submit all new services through this quick link. This cuts down questions that the TC might have up to 75%.

Your Transaction Coordinator has very similar hours to a lender and the title company. Your TC will discuss their availability during the weekends during onboarding. Empower standard hours are Mon-Fri 8am-6pm and availability on the weekend based on level of importance.

We securely store your credit card on file. On Listings & Offer Prep are charged within 24 business hours of your TC beginning work. Contract to Close is charged within 24 business hours of closing/funding or via DA. Compliance is charged within 24 business hours of completion of file.
