Agent onboarding
Get new agents producing in days, not weeks
The gap between “they signed” and “they closed their first deal” is where recruits go cold. Empower runs the paperwork, the registrations, and the system setup so a new agent is licensed, listed, and working inside your tools before they lose momentum.
Talk about onboarding See full back officeWhat it replaces
Every one of those is an hour your broker or office manager is not spending on recruiting or production. Onboarding is included in back-office outsourcing and can be scoped on its own.
What we handle
Everything between the signed ICA and the first file
License transfer
State forms filed, transfer tracked to confirmation, and the broker of record notified when it lands.
MLS & board registration
Association and MLS accounts opened, dues and lockbox access sorted, credentials delivered to the agent.
System access
Transaction platform, CRM, email, and e-signature accounts provisioned under your brand with the right permissions.
Compliance setup
Required disclosures, ICA, W-9, and E&O documentation collected and filed before the first transaction opens.
Roster & billing
Agent added to your roster, commission plan applied, and billing records aligned so the first payout is right.
First-file support
A coordinator walks the agent through their first transaction in your systems so the habits start correct.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is onboarding sold separately or as part of back office?
Both. It is included when you outsource your back office, and it can be scoped on its own if onboarding is the only piece you want to hand off. See back-office outsourcing.
Do you work in our systems or yours?
Yours. We provision and operate inside the platforms your brokerage already uses, so agents learn your stack from day one and nothing changes for your existing team.
How long does an agent take to onboard?
It depends on how fast the state and the local association move. Our part is measured in days, and you can see where each agent stands at any point.
Can you handle a whole team joining at once?
Yes. Bulk onboarding is common during a team move or an acquisition, and it is scoped by headcount rather than per agent.
Does this replace our office manager?
It is not meant to. It takes the repetitive filing and chasing off their plate so they can spend the time on recruiting, agent support, and the things that actually need someone in your office.
